This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs submissions made via the contact form on al-c-oholic.com (“Site”). The contact form is provided as a means for visitors to communicate with us for legitimate purposes. This policy exists because some people require explicit instruction.

The contact form may be used for:

• — Press and media inquiries
• — Affiliate and collaboration proposals
• — Corrections to factual errors (unlikely to be necessary, but accommodated)
• — Fan correspondence (Al reads it; response is not guaranteed)

You may not use the contact form to submit:

• — Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk communications
• — Harassing, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• — Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• — Malicious code, scripts, or any content designed to disrupt or damage systems
• — Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• — Automated or bot-generated submissions
• — Personal data of third parties without their consent

We reserve the right to disregard, delete, or report to appropriate authorities any submission that violates this policy. Repeated violations may result in your IP address being blocked from accessing the Site.

We are not obligated to respond to any submission, whether compliant or otherwise. Compliance with this policy does not entitle you to a response.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated agents. This service processes behavioral signals from your session for this purpose. By submitting the contact form, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for additional information on data processing.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the contact form following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If you have questions about this policy, you may submit them via the Contact page. This is, perhaps, a circular solution. We are at peace with that.
